B.F11 TRICK:-
If u are frustrated with the Toolbar on every windows app or any window for that matter and even maximizing is not making you happy just press F11 key on top of your windows toolbar.
F11 will make ur app full render in Full screen mode. The app enlarges to its maximum size and the title bar and task bar are also hidden. This trick also works on browsers as well try it its really cool...!! :)

D.RESTARTING WINDOWS WITHOUT RESTARING YOUR COMPUTER:-
When you click on the SHUTDOWN button, make sure to simultaneous press SHIFT Button.
If you hold the Shift key down while clicking on SHUTDOWN button, you computer would restart without restarting the Computer.
This is equivalent to term “HOT REBOOT”
E.FIREFOX TRICK:-
Goto mozilla firefox and type
chrome://global/content/alerts/alert.xul
and hit enter firefox will do some funny steps.
